Videos highlight vascular control, incision planning, dissection near the ureter, reconstruction, and long-term symptom control.
Learning Objectives: At the end of this course, the participant will be able to:
- Choose an operative approach based on lesion location and reproductive goals.
- Use blood-conserving and vascular-control strategies during myometrial surgery.
- Plan uterine incisions and reconstruction to optimize safety and efficiency.
- Compare excisional, ablative, robotic, laparoscopic, and natural-orifice options.
